This unique Heart Shaped Pendant is made with a Round Blister Pearl. The entire pendant is encased in an oxidized sterling silver frame with an Open-Hinge Box Clasp….making it attachable to any desirerd chain OR neck cuff (as pictured). Bluish-Gray with hints of pinks and purples when in certain light. Blister Pearl is freshwater/cultured, AAA Quality and measures 24.0mm x 22.0mm. Length of pendant is 1-1/2 inches. What is a Blister Pearl? Instead of being grown inside the body of a mollusk creature, a Blister Pearl or Mabe Pearl is grown against the inside of the shell. It is cultivated with a flat back. Then the pearl is cut out along with a border of the Mother of Pearl.
